Submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and schedule inspections if applicable.

Work with our dedicated Office Administrator, title company, your lender, etc. to coordinate quickly to close. This process includes inspections and appraisal. Receive weekly informative updates.

Time to celebrate!


Meet with our title company to review and sign all of the required closing documents. Sellers will typically receive funds within one business day.

Watch for an email from our Office Administrator with more information on possession and how to hand off the keys. Transfer all utilities prior to the possession date. Buyers will gain possession on the date outlined in the purchase agreement.
