Selling a Home

1. consultation

Meet with a CHG Real Estate Agent to discuss the best strategy for listing & marketing your property. Review & sign all of the required listing documents.

2. prepare your home

We offer a professional cleaning and photography service to ensure that your listing looks amazing! Once your property is live on the MLS, our Office Administrator will send you an update via email. The listing will be syndicated to various platforms including Zillow and Trulia.

3. showings

Use our ShowingTime service app to see when showings are scheduled! Please plan to be flexible to allow for as many showings as possible.

4. accepted offer

Congratulations!

Watch for a group email containing important information and next steps.

5. pending

Work with our dedicated Office Administrator, title company, your lender, etc. to coordinate quickly to close. This process includes inspections and appraisal. Receive weekly informative updates.

6. closing

Time to celebrate!

Meet with our title company to review and sign all of the required closing documents. Sellers will typically receive funds within one business day.

7. possession

Watch for an email from our Office Administrator with more information on possession and how to hand off the keys. Transfer all utilities prior to the possession date. Buyers will gain possession on the date outlined in the purchase agreement.
